No, your prepaid credit never expires. You can use it whenever you need it. This allows you to top up once and use it over months or years.

What happens if I get charged twice?

Double charges are rare but possible. Contact Support through the Support page. We will fix the mistake and refund the extra credit.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Crypto only: USDT on TRC20 or USDC on Base, any whole amount from $20 to $500. Bonus credit applies from $50.

Are errors free?
